Confirmed Service Customer
From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was treated like my car and I were very important to the Service Rep. He listened to me and asked important questions. He wasted no time getting work started on the inspection. He showed me the waiting area and told me approximately how long it would take and asked me if I would be leaving the car there or waiting for it. I opted to wait for it. I had a cup of fresh coffee and television. When the inspection was finished he returned to me and went over the results, explaining everything to me clearly so I understood it. He detailed those things that were serious and those that might be taken care of at a later time. He allowed me time to make any necessary decisions about the repairs. He made it clear that my safety on the road was very important to the Dennis Dillan business as well as his own concern that I be safe and have a car that can be trusted. In the past, with other cars that I have had and taken to other dealerships, I never felt that their concern was for me, but rather simply a business matter. I have since scheduled an appointment to have my car repaired and feel confident it is in good hands. The service rep made me feel like I was truly important to him and he was genuinely concerned with my safety and well-being.
