My only complaint is that 9 out of 10 times I call, I get voice mail. I leave a voice message. No one EVER calls me back. To get updates on my truck, I literally drive to the service department to walk up to the service agent working on my vehicle for any update. C'mon Dennis Dillon - you are selling GMC branded trucks that cost $100K. Learn how to provide service that matches GMC brand.
