2nd response. brandi terrific and team has been keeping my 2010 Malibu running. I have used Rods as well, for 7 years, and even though they are less expensive we stick with you due to brandi. btw Tresure valley collision referred me to you a few years ago......Josh. Keep up the excellent work. My only suggestion provides lower pricing. I did run a comp and you charge 10-15% more than many others.

You made it easy for my daughter to get my truck repaired even without appointment and to get it done in time for her to return home to salt lake… also dealership worked diligently on a deal to trade in truck for a new one but we couldn’t make work.. when time comes in near future I will be returning and purchasing new truck from Dennis Dillon

I have been a customer of the company for years. I have not seen any consideration for the customer. The prices of the services are very expensive compared to other companies. There are no discounts or discounts. These and other things made me feel disappointed and I am seriously thinking about changing my car model to go to another company. I hope that the officials will take into consideration the old loyal customers.

LT (service dept) and your Techs always exceed my expectations! In fixing my issues, they always seem to find the "Root Issue"! I cannot say enough about their customer service and the actual repair work that is done. This is the only place I will have repair work done! In case I did not mention it, LT is the BEST!

Standard oil change, tire rotation etc. - Tires came back overinflated by 5 to 7 psi. - - Was told that three, (of the four) remaining service agreements for both myself and my wife's new AT4's (purchased May and June of 2022) would not be honored because the contract states a 2-year expiration, even though the salesman specifically and adamantly assured both of us that the service agreement would not be limited to the 2 years written in the contracts. Because it was a verbal agreement we have no recourse. And the salesman has gone to a Ford dealership. Over such a small thing, This GM dealership will now receive a solid NO recommendation, to anyone that will listen. This was my third, and Last- new vehicle to be purchased from Dennis Dillon, Boise Idaho
