I purchased my 2023 GMC HD2500 diesel at Dennis Dillon and my service advisor was LT. The 5000-mile lube, oil, and tire rotation were due so I dropped off my truck with no appointment being I work a couple miles away. I was informed it could take from a couple hours to all day depending on work load, I was fine with that so I waited in waiting room for courtesy driver. After waiting for a while, I decided to call my business and have them pick me up. This was the second time my truck was serviced for lube and oil change. The first time I picked up my truck the electric running board did not come down. After looking inside, I noticed where you plug in scan computer a cannon plug was not plugged in, so I plugged it in and it worked. This should have been caught before I picked up truck. This time when I picked up truck the driver's side fender had residual oil and marks from whomever did the oil change. This should not happen from a dealership, maybe a Quick Lube and Go place but not a dealership. Really thinking about getting my truck serviced somewhere else.
