Brandi Jacoby is outstanding. She was my Service Manager and went above and beyond. I have a warranty on my vehicle and my Transmission went out on September 1st, (holiday weekend). Warranty Co. assigned an adjuster following Tuesday. Adjuster was incompetent and Brandi persevered through the first adjuster and several others until she finally was able to work with one (on 9/20) who knew what they were doing. Everything got approved that day and the new transmission was sent. During all this time, Brandi totally kept me informed and never gave up with them. She was very professional, friendly and although situation was frustrating, never waivered. She had my vehicle for me on the 28th and I was ecstatic. The warranty compant finally agreed with her to cover all costs except for my small deductable due to her staying on top of them. If you wanted me to grade Brandi on a scale of 1-10. she would be a +12. The mechanic was also very good, as was Dennis Dillon
