it took over 5 hours just to get through the process. The added on 2500 options we did not even want and were not on list pricing. Which i did not like. If you have them as an option fine but not a have to buy and not in the list cost already is not cool. The Car was so filth dirty we called out a few things but could not really see the car that well it was so dirty . They assured it would be detailed out and all the areas would be cleaned. All they did was run it though a car wash and vacuumed it. It was not even ran twice so much dirty left on in . Spray spots still on the windows , not wiped down water still on it and opened up door areas still had dirt , side black bottom panels not condition or wiped looks dirty and worn. when you Open up the door still dirty in all door areas on door and bottom Jams, bumpers I wiped my hand on and still had film of dirt. The top roof was so dirty still by time i got home dirt was running downside of the car. After all this process and being told it would be detailed out and it came back just washed and cleaned some for a 450.00 detail, I was told would happen I was not happy at all. Yes, they said they would redo it but at 8 and being there since 230 that was not an option. The sunroof needs fixed also, which should have been caught and fixed before selling the car, I have to take off work and bring it back in. It will be fixed, and they said they would redo the cleaning of the car which i appreciate but when you live over an hour away not easy. We have bought from your locations before, and we get our cars detailed at the Nampa location for 250.00 and they looked amazing, I called GMC dealer in Ontario they will detail and wax for 280.00. So very upsetting when being told it would have a 450.00 detailed job done on it in 1/2 before leaving. they should say it will be run through a wash and vacuumed once. Very disappointed. The sales team and mangers were very nice and polite. Just very long process. just streamline the process to get people out the door quicker, and if going to promise it will be detailed and cleaned than it should be or offer to come back so they can spend the time on it. and keep the cars cleaner to begin with. No new car should ever look that dirty. . with the cheaper paint i found out they are using now days .. at the very end of the deal. The dealership should take pride and ownership in the detail of the car and at least for 450.00 put on a good wax before handing it over to the customer. just afew things as such a replicable place should focus more on and take pride with.
