Our salesman Kevin Gutierrez was absolutely amazing from start to finish. No pressure whatsoever through the whole process.

Sales team tactics were despicable. I came in with a GM Family and Friends code and they still treated me absolutely horribly and tried to get me to sign up and pay for items that I had never requested and were very vague about what the items were. I called them out extremely firmly on their tactics. They also removed the $500 bonus cash and $1750 purchase allowances and further tried to reduce the "Dennis Dillon Discount" of $9178 to >$1000 less than that even though the web page states that discount is a "Dealer Discount applied to everyone". The sales team wasted 3 hours of my time and made me have an absolutely horrible experience. The last 4 vehicles that my household bought were from Dennis Dillon, I will never buy another vehicle from Dennis Dillon due to the experience that I had. The Josh and Adam sales manager guys tried to screw me over. I will be sure to share my experience with others.

Kelvin did great - incredible at communication and met me early in the AM so I could catch my flight - that is the kind of customer service that will get me to come back and be loyal to the dealership. Kudos to him.

Chad does a fantastic job. He’s one of the best service writers. I’ve had the opportunity to interact with.

I requested two services on my 2025 GMC 3500 diesel AT4, 1) wind whistling around the passenger side window, and 2) skipping sounds from the radio. Scheduled the full day to service the two issues. Got a call after 4:00 pm that my truck was finished and both issues solved. Courtesy Van stops pickups at 4 PM, so had to leave my truck over night to pick up the next morning. Seems to be working fine and both issues resolved.

Every single person I dealt with at that dealership was shady. Two of them argued with me so much that they both apologized individually afterward. They tried to hide numbers. Fortunately, I was able to find most of what they were hiding or outright lying about, since I had secured financing prior to flying to this dealership and had several models with all of the scenarios and their published rates, which I qualified for. They could all be replaced with QR codes. We know what we want and what the vehicles are worth. The dealerships know what % they would accept as income and the manufacturer certainly has this value in mind. The financing companies get theirs through the rates that the buyer qualifies for. So, just replace every single one of the rest of them with QR codes to buy now options. These people should be ashamed. I only gave the second star because I like the vehicle. That has nothing to do with the dealership though. Absolute nonsense.
