I have a 2023 GMC sierra with 3.0 Duramax. I purchase a new travel trailer (Jayco jayfeather 25RB). While towing, I get a message displayed “Check Trailer wiring” at random intervals. It is usually followed by “Trailer brakes connected” 10-20 seconds later. My dealer found nothing wrong with the truck and the RV dealer found nothing wrong with the Camper. But when that message is displayed, my trailer brakes don’t work. I joined a Facebook group for Jayco 25RB owners and explained my issue there. One commenter said he has the same truck/camper that had the same issue. His dealer updated his software and fixed the problem. My dealer says there isn’t an update. Meanwhile, I’m left with a dangerous situation that nobody can help me with.

They changed my oil. Been doing so for the last few changes. Did great.

I am still working directly with GMC Customer Care and will elaborate more after the follow up call with them on next week. I did find a screw on the floor in the backseat. It's one that's used to secure the inner wheel well to the fender. I put it back in but there is still another one missing. Probably not a big deal but certainly not a good look for your customer to find any loose parts lying about after being in your shop for two weeks..

Always have had great service here. Easy to schedule, work done quickly and correctly, and prices are reasonable.
