I received a complimentary full detail. The services agent was great. To me a full detail is extier wax & interior cleaning. They cleaned the in side great and cleaned the engine. They did not wax the exterior.

Our overall vehicle-purchase experience was positive, and I want to especially recognize our salesperson Anthony. He truly went above and beyond for us and handled an unexpected situation with a level of dedication and professionalism that is rare. His willingness to step in and help in a way that was far outside his job description made a lasting impression, and we are extremely grateful for him. However, I would like to share feedback about the finance/extended warranty portion of the process. Some of the explanations around paint protection, warranties, and clear coat products felt exaggerated and created unnecessary pressure. Clear, factual information during this stage would greatly improve customer confidence.
