I have used Dennis Dillion for Decades because they do great work for a reasonable price.

The service and attention provided by Kelvin were excellent.

Shawn, Fredy and Cory from accessories were all really friendly and easy to work with. Thanks for making it a smooth day. I know we waited a long time for delivery but the day of sale was a good experience.

I had no wait time when I arrived for my appointment. I was greeted by my service advisor, Sara. Sara thoroughly explained the process. When Sara learned there would be a delay in me getting my truck back due to parts being shipped, she arranged for me to have a loaner car. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

When checking in at the Service Desk, I mentioned I did not want the tires rotated. The service advisor commented “You don’t want the tires rotated?” I replied “No. Les Schwab just rotated them on Monday.” The truck was serviced, the bill was paid, and I returned home. It was at this point that I noticed the service documentation mentioned that I requested the tires to be rotated. This is the second time the tires were rotated after this customer requested to not rotate them. It is becoming difficult to maintain trust with Dennis Dillon. Cust: 1147193.
