• Demonstrators, service loaners, commercial and government fleet vehicles, limited production vehicles, special model vehicles (determined at the Dealership's sole discretion), and vehicles with over 200 miles do not qualify for this policy.
• Dennis Dillon must have the right to purchase the vehicle from the competing dealer.
